HARVI-FOIL^® 223 is a 6-layer laminate consisting of pure aluminium foil bonded on each side of a virgin kraft paper with a specially processed bitumen and reinforced with 3-way FG Scrim.

HARVI-FOIL^® 223 is water resistant and can prevent water leakage from rain.

Description

FLAMESTOP^® 118 is an 6-layer fire retardant double-sided aluminium foil laminate with a superior, radiant heat barrier reflecive properties for roofing insulation and an effective vapour barrier for air-conditioning ductwork.

FLAMESTOP ^® 118 is produced by extruding 2 layers of coploymer resins as bonding agent only 1 layer of high strength kraft paper and heat-welding 2 layers of aluminium foil and 1 layer of reinforcing 3-way fibreglass scrim into a perfect seal.

FLAMESTOP^® 118 has high scuff resistance on both sides of the product and high puncture and tensile strength in all directions. It has very low water vapour permeance and due to its water resistence, it prevents damage from minor roof leaks.

Application

FLAMESTOP^® 118 is designed for use as a thermal barrier against radiant heat for roof and wall insulation in the building industry, especially in countries having tropical climate and high relative humidity. FLAMESTOP^®118 is also recommended as a vapour barrier for air-conditioning ductwork, computer flooring, ceilings and pipe jacketing where moisture control is required.
